Segala jenis gangguan elektromagnetik pada frekuensi yang sama akan mengganggu kinerja sinyal sehingga mengurangi jangkauan komunikasi efektifnya. Area perkotaan padat bangunan cenderung memiliki risiko gangguan sinyal yang lebih tinggi. Selama penerbangan, hindari daerah-daerah dengan banyak gangguan elektromagnetik.
